Scheduled orders are orders that have been prepared to start processing on a given date. You can view your scheduled orders from your Order History tab on the dashboard, within the Active section.
To view what is in your scheduled order, you can click on the order number on the top left. A new page will load, with all the order information. You will need to scroll down to view the Cart Details
If you would like to Cancel this order, you can do so by clicking Cancel on the bottom left.
To Reschedule, click the Reschedule button, and enter in the new date you would like your order to start processing in.
Please keep in mind, we do have to follow pharmacy regulations and cannot dispense more than a 90 day supply or allow early refills without context. If you are needing an order sooner, please contact our support team to discuss early refill approval with a pharmacist!
You can also update the address on a Scheduled Order by clicking the Update Address button. After clicking that option, a drop down will appear for you to choose another address on file, or create a new one.
