Upon checkout, we'll email you a confirmation of your order to the email address on your account. This confirmation email will contain the first few letters of the medication name (for privacy), as well as the strength, quantity and order total.
You can also find a copy of your receipt in your account dashboard by visiting your Orders page and clicking on the order number. Once on the Order Summary page, click the Print for Record option to print the page or save as a PDF to your computer.
If you need a specific receipt format for reimbursement from your insurance or FSA/HSA company, please submit a request to our Customer Experience Team with your exact requirements. We'll follow-up with a PDF copy of the receipt once we verify a few pieces of information with you.
