Do you ship to my state?
Currently we are licensed to service and ship to the following states and territories:
If you don’t see your state listed, don’t worry, we’re working diligently to become licensed in all 50 states as soon as possible.
How much is shipping?
7 to 10 day shipping is FREE! For USPS Priority Shipping, it is an additional $10.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send your tracking number to the email address you provided. If you can't find your tracking number, you can find it in your order history in your account dashboard.
Who do you use to ship my package?
Currently, we are only shipping with USPS.
Is it safe to mail my prescriptions?
Absolutely! Your prescriptions will be shipped in an unmarked package and tracked from us to you.
What if I didn’t get my shipment?
We guarantee our shipments and provide you with a tracking number every time. If you experience any issues, please contact us at email@example.com or 310-559-5903.
Can you ship to a different address?
We can only ship to the address that is associated with your account. If you're traveling and need extra supply, that won't be a problem - we can fill up to 90-days quantity as long as your doctor approves.
