Do you ship to my state?
Yes! Honeybee is licensed to service and ship prescription and over-the-counter medications to all 50 states, as well as Washington DC and Puerto Rico.
How much is shipping?
- USPS First Class is $5 for orders under $40, free for orders over $40 for 7-10 business day delivery.
- FedEx Priority is $15 for 2-3 business day delivery.
- FedEx Express is $35 for 1-2 business day delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send your tracking number to the email address on your account. If you can't find your tracking number, you can find it in your order history in your account dashboard.
Who do you use to ship my package?
Our regular standard shipping is through the USPS. For any priority shipping option, we ship via FedEx
Is it safe to mail my prescriptions?
Absolutely! Your prescriptions will be shipped in an unmarked package and tracked from us to you.
What if I didn’t get my shipment?
We guarantee our shipments and provide you with a tracking number every time. If you experience any issues, please send us an email or give us a call at 833-466-3979.
Can you ship to a different address?
We can only ship to the address that is associated with your account. If you're traveling and need extra supplies, that won't be a problem - we can fill up to a 90-day quantity as long as your doctor approves.
