Scheduling your refills is an option for refill management, that sets up orders to process on a scheduled date.
If you would like your refills to be scheduled out, you can contact our support team, and we can help take care of that for you. You will then have full visibility into your scheduled orders from your dashboard, so you can manage and keep tabs on your orders from there!
A few things to note:
• If you would like us to help schedule your refills, we will do so in 90 day supplies - this saves on cost and helps cut down the number of orders!
• If a new prescription is needed when your scheduled order comes due, you will be notified via email and we will reach out to your prescriber, as well.
• The scheduled date is the date your order will join the processing queue, it does not guarantee your order will ship the same day. With our normal processing times it would take 3-5 business days at most before your order ships.
• We can refill about 2 weeks early to allow for transit time, but otherwise have to follow pharmacy regulation and cannot dispense more than a 90 day supply at a time.
