There's a couple of ways to go about getting the same manufacturer on your refills, depending if you are set-up with auto-refills or not.
If you have auto-refills enabled on your account, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team to have a note added to your profile with your preference. You can send us an email at this link.
If you do not have auto-refills enabled, or you order your medication as-needed, please search for your medications and select your preferred manufacturer on the search results page. You can find the manufacturer of your medication on the pill vial or packaging for your drug. Once you've located the manufacturer, add it to your cart and place your order.
Does this apply to all Honeybee medications?
We’re launching with certain manufacturers for the top 50 medications, but we’re staying open-minded and customers will be able to leave a review of their medication.
