For an order in progress that has not yet gone to the pharmacy to be filled, you can cancel your order from your dashboard. To do so, log in to your Honeybee account and go to your active orders. There will be a 'Cancel Order' option on the bottom left. Once canceled, it can take a few business days for the pending hold on your payment to drop off.
If your order is already in the pharmacy being filled but has not yet shipped, please contact support by email or phone (833-466-3979) and we would be happy to help. We're available from 6AM-6PM PT M-F, and 7AM-3:30PM PT on Saturday.
Please note that once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. Additionally, by law we cannot accept returns of prescription medications for reuse or resale. If medications are returned to us, we'll safely dispose of them in accordance to local laws.
