If you need to update your address, you can do so in several ways:
- During checkout when placing an order
- In your account dashboard
- Contacting our Patient Success team by email or phone (833-466-3979)
You can update your address as long as your order has not shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact the USPS to request that your mail is forwarded to your new address. You can find your tracking number in the email that was sent to you, or in your account dashboard under the Orders tab.
If you've placed an order (or an auto-refill order was created for your medications) and your order has not yet shipped, please contact us to get the address updated. You are not able to modify order information once the order has been placed, or if the order has already shipped.
