To reset your password, please visit the login page and click the Forgot Your Password? link just below the password field. You can also visit the Forgot Password page directly by visiting this link: https://honeybeehealth.com/login/reset_password
On the Forgot Password page, enter the email address for your account and click the blue Send Reset Link button. You'll receive an email from Honeybee with a link to reset your password. You should receive the email within a few minutes, and it may have ended up in your spam folder if you don't see it immediately. Click the link in the email to be taken to the Reset Password page, where you can choose a new password.
Please note, your password must contain the following:
- Be at least 8 characters long
- Have at least 1 upper case
- Have at least 1 lower case
- Have at least 1 number
Once reset, you'll be redirected to your Account Summary page, where you can manage your orders and account.
