We accept most HSA and FSA debit cards issued with the Visa and MasterCard logo, as well as credit and debit cards from major US banks displaying the Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express logo.
If your HSA or FSA debit card is not accepted during checkout, you may need to contact the company that issued the card and request they add Honeybee Health to their approved merchant list. If your HSA/FSA company is unable to do so, we can provide you with an itemized receipt that you can submit for reimbursement.
To download your receipt, log into your account and go to your Orders dashboard. From there, click on the order number, then choose the option "Print for record" (it's located next to the order number). You have the option of printing it out, or saving it as a PDF to your computer.
