Unlike some companies, we’ll only charge you when we are ready to fill your prescription, not when you place your order.
When you place an order, a pre-authorization for the total amount is placed on your card. If there are any issues and the order cannot be filled, the authorization will be released. We first collect your information and payment details when you place an order. We then transfer your prescription from your current pharmacy and charge you when we are ready to fill it. If your prescription is with your doctor, have them send it to us electronically, or by fax to 310-559-5933 or 424-543-0481. This ensures there are no delays in getting your medications to you.
