Refills can be delayed for a number of reasons including:
- No refills left on the medication
- You are not signed up for automatic refills
- Your prescription is not eligible for automatic refills.
You do not have any refills left on your prescription.
If this is the case you can either contact your doctor and get them to send us a new prescription or we can try to contact your doctor to get a new prescription authorized.
You are not signed up for automatic refills
During checkout, you may have “opted out” of automatic refills. Don’t worry, we can still get your medication to you quickly! Just send us a message letting us know you’re ready for your refill or go to www.honeybeehealth.com and place another order. Be sure to select My prescription is already with Honeybee during checkout.
Your prescriptions are ineligible for automatic refills.
There are a few medications which we cannot automatically send out to patients. If this is the case, just head over to www.honeybeehealth.com and place the order for your refill and select My prescription is already with Honeybee during checkout.
