Refilling your prescriptions are as easy as a few clicks. To get started, head over to www.honeybeehealth.com and login to your account.
From your Account Dashboard, click Orders in the top navigation bar. Click the Reorder button to get started. If you need to see which medications were on your last order, click See Items.
Proceed through checkout by confirming your information. If you have refills on file from your last prescription, we’ll be able to process your refill right away. Choose the option that you are already a Honeybee customer, and confirm your doctor's information. If you don't have your doctor's information, you can find it on your Medications list on your Account Dashboard.
If you don't have any refills left, after you place your order, please have your doctor's office send us your prescription electronically at "Honeybee Health" in Culver City, CA, by fax to 310-559-5933 or 424-543-0481, or by phone to 833-466-3979.
Once we have your prescription and everything matches up, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has shipped. You can track the status of your order by visiting your Account Dashboard.
