You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and going to your Account Dashboard. We'll show you your most recent orders with a step-by-step status update. We'll also keep you updated by email throughout the process.
That said, while we strive to get our patients their medications as soon as possible, sometimes delays happen. The most common reason we see for order delays is that we are waiting on the doctor or pharmacy to send us your prescription. If you have not received a confirmation that your prescription has been received, please contact your doctor and request they transfer the prescription directly to Honeybee.
